Rescission of County Judge Clay Jenkins Covid-19 Health and Safety Order Regarding Long-Term Care Facilities Issued August 4, 2020

Effective immediately, the Amended Order of County Judge Clay Jenkins Regarding Long-Term Care Facilities, last amended on August 4, 2020, is rescinded.

Updates:

• This rescission order does not apply to the ORDER OF COUNTY JUDGE CLAY JENKINS ON REQUIRED USE OF A FACE MASK IN CERTAIN PUBLIC SPACE modified on February 25, 2022. That order will remain in place and continues to be in effect until further notice.
