Setting Up a Child Support Account:
On this web site you will find the required "Blue Form" needed to set up a child support account. The blue form anda court order is needed to modify an existing child support order and set up a new case. Please fill out the blue form completely and mail, or hand deliver it with your court order and copy of photo ID to the address on top.
Availability of Child Support Records:
Child Support Office personnel will exercise due diligence in assuring that confidential information is not disseminated to unauthorized parties. We will release a copy of the payment history only on an account to the payer, payee, or their respective attorney. If you appear in person, you will be asked for your ID and bar card if you are an attorney.
You will not be able to obtain personal information about the other party. If you need that kind of information, you must obtain a court order from the court that issued your support order. Governmental agencies may access all child support records on a complimentary basis. All requests must be in writing.
