DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

Submitting Samples to DCHHS PHL

  1. Samples should be submitted to:
    DCHHS Public Health Laboratory
    2377 N. Stemmons Fwy, Suite 017
    Dallas, TX 75207
  2. Refer to the Client Services Manual or the LRN Client Services Manual for specimen-specific temperature requirements.
  3. If shipping or delivering samples via courier, follow the guidelines in the DCHHS-PHL Guide to Transport of Clinical Samples .
  4. Important: Upon receipt, DCHHS PHL staff will conduct a temperature check on all submitted samples to verify proper storage conditions during transport.
