DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

Gaining LabOnline Access for Clinical Test Ordering

  1. Clinical laboratory tests must be ordered through the LabOnline portal.
  2. Before placing test orders, complete the LabOnline Access Request Form for all team members requiring access.
  3. Submit the completed form to PHLabInfo@dallascounty.org. A DCHHS PHL representative will create the requested user accounts and notify you once they are ready.
