Key & Lock Request

Frank Crowley Courts Building - 133 N. Riverfront Boulevard, Suite 9A-500, Dallas, TX 75207
Phone: (214) 653-6776

The Dallas County Commissioners Court is responsible for security at Dallas County buildings and maintains a strict policy governing the request of keys and locks.

Keys, identification, and building access cards are distributed to specific county employees and contractors at the request of the department. Access cards allow entry into designated buildings after hours, or allow entry into specific restricted areas assigned to an employee.

The department will determine the areas where each employee or contractor should be assigned access. Building Keys are also issued to employees as needed as determined and requested by each department.

The entire policy can be found here:  Dallas County Key & Lock Policy

If your door is keyed off the master and janitorial services does not have access, place your trash can outside your door for night service. We do not service offices off the master.
