Prism Health North Texas (PHNTX) provides case management, outpatient HIV medical care including integrated behavioral health care, health insurance assistance, medication assistance, and necessary referrals for dental care, mental health and substance misuse disorder treatment, support services and other resources to improve access to medical care.
