Prism Health North Texas (PHNTX) provides case management, outpatient HIV medical care including integrated behavioral health care, health insurance assistance, medication assistance, and necessary referrals for dental care, mental health and substance misuse disorder treatment, support services and other resources to improve access to medical care. PHNTX also provides HIV testing, and risk reduction counseling. Case managers are mobile and are able to conduct home visits when necessary. HIV testing is provided at multiple sites in Dallas and surrounding areas. Services are available at no cost based on eligibility. Interpretation services are available.

Offers services for persons with HIV/AIDS and HIV prevention programs in both English and Spanish. Care services include transportation (van service and DART bus passes), hot meals (breakfast and lunch), adult day center (Daire Center), casework, volunteer programs, and pastoral support services. Provides outreach, HIV prevention education, HIV prevention for minority women, Spanish language interpretation and transportation for clients and other HIV/AIDS service organizations. Targeted outreach initiatives include Manos Unidas™.

All HIV clinic locations perform Medical Case Management and Community Case Management services, including new patient intake. Fees for all sites are set after financial screening according to Ryan White CARE Act federal legislation. Confidential HIV testing offered at the Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC) Health Centers. Parkland is the provider of medical services, including HIV, in the Lou Sterrett County Jail and other local correctional facilities. On a referral basis, there is access to greater than 150 specialty and subspecialty clinics. All foreign languages are accommodated by interpreters or through Tele-Interpreting Services Language Lines at all Parkland sites.

Ryan White-authorized case management services for families are provided. For children we offer on-site nursing care, on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, and speech therapy, social and educational activities.
