The Dallas County Commissioners Court meets twice a month on the first and third Tuesday, at 9:00 AM in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Dallas County Records Building - 500 Elm Street, 2nd Floor Court Room - except for July when the Court meets only on the first Tuesday.
