The Dallas County Clerk Trust Division is responsible for investing trust funds for minors involved in a Probate Case (example, inheritance from the sale of property of a deceased family member) or Civil Case (example, accident/injury lawsuit). The funds that we invest are per court order and are eligible to be released to the minor upon their 18th birthday, or structured release. However, between the time of investment and the minor reaching age 18, we have lost contact with the minors resulting in unclaimed funds. Please consult our FAQ for more information.

We have created a list of names of minors that have reached the age of 18 and we do not have correct contact information and are unable to locate them. If you see your name listed, please contact Anita Saul-Turner at 214-653-6790 to assist you.
