IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FILING AT JP 2-1 COURT
We no longer have the staffing to provide birth certificates, please contact the Dallas County Clerk for issuance of a birth certificate.
We appreciate your patience as we are updating our court system to the online Odyssey system. Our office hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (and the office is staffed until 4:30 pm) to accept court filings in person. The Court still encourages customers to file by mail, in person or via our front drop box located in the front of the building in front of our lobby area. Please make sure to call or email the court when items have been left in the drop box so we may locate the items on the day of drop off.
