Due to the high volume and the number of duplicate filings, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Place 1 in Dallas County, Texas will no longer accept filings by email or fax - AND encourage ALL filings (new and subsequent) to be filed via EFILETEXAS.gov.

Documents Exempt from Electronic Filing:
WRIT OF POSSESSIONS, IMMEDIATE POSSESSION BONDS AND APPEALS MUST BE FILED IN PERSON
