DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

Due to the high volume and the number of duplicate filings, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Place 1 in Dallas County, Texas will no longer accept filings by email or fax - AND encourage ALL filings (new and subsequent) to be filed via EFILETEXAS.gov.
