Dallas County Health and Human Services offers vaccinations to adults for routine immunization and foreign travel. Foreign travelers, please visit: CDC's traveler's health page to find out which vaccines are recommended for your country of travel.
Scheduling an appointment is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome and given appointments until capacity is reached:
DCHHS charges a $25 administrative fee per patient for their first time visit, plus the cost of the needed vaccines. Payment of the administrative fee is made once a year.
- Please bring a legible hard copy of shot record.
- A $12 fee is assessed for the replacement of missing shot records.
- International travel cards cost $5.
