Please call us at (214) 819-1819 to schedule an appointment before you come to the clinic. We offer same-day or next-day appointments. You can only make an appointment for yourself, but exceptions can be made in special circumstances. Please do NOT bring unaccompanied small children to the clinic.”

Sexual Clinic Services:

  • Evaluation and screening/testing for HIV, HCV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomonas, and Mpox. 
  • Evaluation of symptomatic HSV outbreaks.
  • Treatment for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomonas, and genital herpes outbreaks/lesions.
  • Cryotherapy for genital warts.
  • Linkage to care for people who are living with HIV and HCV.
  • PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV): a pill you take every day or an injection that is given every two months to protect you from getting HIV from sex.
  • nPEP (non-occupational Post-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV): medication that you can take within 72 hours after you have been exposed to HIV, to reduce your chance of getting HIV.
  • Free condoms

Please note:

  • We do not perform routine blood screening for genital herpes or provide long-term management of recurrent genital herpes. We can only check for active genital herpes lesions and can only give you an initial course of treatment if you have blisters consistent with genital herpes.
  • We do not perform pap smears, testing for bacterial vaginosis or vaginal yeast infections.
  • We can help you find low-cost resources for services that we don't provide, just ask us.
  • If you tested positive for a sexually transmitted infection, please tell your partner which specific infection(s) you tested positive for and ask your partner to call us to arrange for their treatment. You will not be able to call to make the appointment for them.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Call us as early as you can on the same day you would like to come to make an appointment before entering the clinic.

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Our clinic and phone line are closed starting from 3:30 PM on the second Thursday of each month for our monthly clinic staff meeting.
