  1. Appointments are required. Please call us at (214) 819-1819 to schedule an appointment before you come to the clinic. At this time we can only schedule same day appointments. You can only make an appointment for yourself, but exceptions can be made in special circumstances.
  2. Before you come to the clinic for any service (treatment, testing, or to pick up test results) you must call and answer some screening questions before you enter the building, even if you have an appointment. If you come to the clinic and you did not call us first, you will be asked to step outside the clinic and call. If you do not have a phone, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
  3. Please wear a mask over your nose and mouth when you are in the clinic.
  4. Please do not bring children or partners with you to the clinic. Everyone who comes into the clinic needs to call us first to set up their own appointment. Partners cannot make appointments for each other.

Services:

  • Testing for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Trichomonas. We ask you to call us back for routine test results in 4-5 business days.
  • Treatment for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Trichomonas.
  • Linkage to care for people who are living with HIV.
  • PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV): a pill you take every day to protect you from getting HIV from sex. 
  • Linkage to PEP (Post- Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV):medication you can start within 72 hours after you have been exposed to HIV, to reduce your chance of getting HIV.

Please note:

  • We do not perform routine genital herpes testing on blood or provide long-term management of genital herpes. We can only check for genital herpes and can only give you an initial course of treatment if you have blisters consistent with genital herpes.
  • We do not perform pap smears, testing for bacterial vaginosis or vaginal yeast infections.
  • We can help you find low-cost resources for services that we don't provide, just ask us.
  • If you tested positive for a sexually transmitted infection, please tell your partner which specific infection(s) you tested positive for and ask your partner to call us to arrange for their treatment. You will not be able to call to make the appointment for them.

Hours:

Monday - Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Call us as early as you can on the same day you would like to come to make an appointment before entering the clinic.

The second Thursday of each month we close early (at 3:30 pm) for a staff meeting.

Wednesday:  10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
We offer some limited services like STI treatment starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Exam appointments start at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday mornings and go until 6:00 p.m.

Extended Hours:

  • Tuesdays: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, by appointment only
  • Thursdays: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, by appointment only
  • Saturday mornings: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, by appointment only
