Dallas County is responsible for the operations of 6.7 million square feet, with 2.2 million square feet of public commercial cleanable space. It is our goal to ensure a sanitized, clean environment throughout all Dallas County facilities*.
What is commercial cleaning? Commercial cleaning is a broad term predominantly used by cleaning companies who carry out cleaning jobs on a variety of premises.
When does cleaning occur?
- Dallas County routine (nightly) cleaning services occur Monday through Thursday.
- Deep cleaning occurs on Sunday morning.
- There are no routine services on Friday or Saturday (except for the Records Building). If service are required due to a special event - adoption, health fairs, etc. - please create your work order at https://dallascounty.tririga.com/index.html.
Dallas County outsources all janitorial services which includes internal, general and routine.
Our commercial cleaning services include:
- office cleaning - when dusting offices, all flat top surfaces must be cleared with any items on that surface, no exceptions.
- floor cleaning
- restroom cleaning
- interior/exterior cleaning (from door to curb)
If your office door is keyed off the janitorial master and janitorial services does not have access, place your trash can outside your door for night service. We do not service offices off the janitorial master.
Due to CJIS we only clean offices during the day for CJIS areas and cash handling services.

Janitorial Team does not clean inside the Jails, Detention Centers, Med-Mod (Jail) Shelters, Dorms, Schools, Cafeterias, Culinary Kitchens, Gymnasiums, Commercial Kitchens, Fitness Centers, Lunchrooms, Mechanical, Boiler, Storage, Secured, Server or Technical rooms.
Please note:
- All boxed and bagged trash MUST be identified as TRASH to be picked up during cleaning.

JANITORIAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTRUCTION CLEAN UP.
If you have a need for construction clean up, please create your work order at https://dallascounty.tririga.com/index.html and include the following:
- Onsite Contact
- Pictures of the area you need cleaned
- Bldg. Name
- Floor
- Room #
- Square Footage
- FUNDING CODE for cleaning
Construction Trash-PSP or outside contractors must REMOVE ALL OF THEIR TRASH; janitorial services will not remove it.
Create a work order for all non-emergency requests at https://dallascounty.tririga.com/index.html and include the following:
- First and Last Name
- Contact number
- Building name
- Department name, court #, etc.
- Floor #
- Room #
- Provide a detailed description of your request
* Commercial janitorial services are only offered in the administrative buildings and courthouses. Dallas County does not provide janitorial services to Jails, Detention or Renaissance Tower.
- Renaissance Tower has their own onsite cleaning service. Please contact your department admin to submit a janitorial work order through the Renaissance Tower portal.
