DALLAS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 22.02 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $29.08.

We are excited to announce the completion of the 2024 Dallas County Open Space Plan! 

Thank you to all that participated in our community input opportunities during the planning process, which included Preserve Intercept Surveys, a Communitywide Survey, and Public Meetings (held September 2023 and April 2024). Your participation helped to shape the 2024 Dallas County Open Space Plan, which was adopted by the Commissioners Court on September 3, 2024.
