2017 Electronic Conversion Initiatives
Initiative 1A: The Dallas County District Clerk’s Office implemented advanced technology to provide the constituents of Dallas County the ability to self-serve while conducting their business needs in the District Civil, Family, and Juvenile Courts. Initiative 1B: The Dallas County District Clerk’s Office implemented advanced technology to streamline business functions inside the District Civil, Family, and Juvenile courts. Utilizing the below initiatives inside the Odyssey Case Management System, the Clerk’s Office is able to make cost saving efficiencies and improve the overall flow of cases inside the District Civil, Family, and Juvenile Courts.
