The Dallas County Clerk Central Records Division maintains closed case records for criminal misdemeanor, probate and civil court cases. Our goal is to provide our patrons with the best customer service experience in Dallas County.
Dependant on the age of your case, the records may be stored at one of our records facilities. Please arrive no later than 3:30 pm if your case is older than 2011. If your case is older than 2006 we may have to request your file from the warehouse, which could take up to 72 hours to receive. We strongly advise calling ahead to avoid a double trip.
