Thank you for contacting Central Records.

Due to a move to a new facility, email requests are temporarily unavailable and will not be accepted or processed until further notice. Phone calls and follow-up inquiries are also not available during this time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

Payment Methods Accepted

No personal checks are accepted.

  • Cashier’s check
  • Business checks

Please make money orders, cashier's checks and business checks payable to John F. Warren, Dallas County Clerk.

How to Pay:

  • In person: Pay with cash, cashier’s checks and money orders (the exact amount).
    • At the Frank Crowley location, credit cards are accepted with an additional fee. The cashiers at our Frank Crowley location close at 4:15pm. Please arrive before 4pm.
  • By mail:  Pay with cashier checks, money orders, business checks and attorney checks. All payments must be exact amount.
  • Online: Pay County Clerk Fees for Records and other Services

At this time, we do not accept payment over the phone.

 

 

Fees:

The copy fee is $1.00 per page as well as a $5 charge per case if certification or exemplification is required.
In some instances the size of the file may require additional certifications fee.
Criminal case copiesThere is a $5 charge per case if certification is required.
