No personal checks are accepted.

Please make money orders, cashier's checks and business checks payable to John F. Warren, Dallas County Clerk.

How to Pay:
- In person: Pay with cash, cashier’s checks and money orders (the exact amount).
- At the Frank Crowley location, credit cards are accepted with an additional fee. The cashiers at our Frank Crowley location close at 4:15pm. Please arrive before 4pm.
- By mail: Pay with cashier checks, money orders, business checks and attorney checks. All payments must be exact amount.
At this time, we do not accept payment online or over the phone.
Fees:
| The copy fee is $1.00 per page as well as a $5 charge per case if certification or exemplification is required. In some instances the size of the file may require additional certifications fee. | |
| Criminal case copies | There is a $5 charge per case if certification is required. |
| CLOSED Probate case copies | There is a $5 charge per case if certification or exemplification is required. |
| CLOSED Civil case copies | There is a $5 charge per case if certification or exemplification is required. |
