Electronic Certified Official Public Record (OPR) Documents are now available for purchase on the Clerk's website. Only viewable electronic court documents may be purchased online.
In order to purchase Electronic Certified OPR Documents on the website, the document must be available in digital format on the County Clerk Records website. If the document(s) you are looking for are not available, you may submit a certified recording copy request or obtain a copy in person.
How to Purchase Electronic Certified Official Public Record OPR Documents Online:
- Accept the Terms of Service to start the purchase process.
- Perform an Official Records Search by name or instrument number to locate the document.
- On the Official Records Details page, review the details to ensure it is the correct document(s).
- Once verified, select the green Add to Cart button.
- Perform a final review of your selected document(s) and payment information, then proceed to checkout.
- Upon completion of purchase, you will receive an email from e-Certify@dallascounty.org with links to the certified documents. The amount of time it will take to deliver the Electronic Certified OPR Document(s) will depend on your email server. There may be a brief wait time before receiving an email to your inbox.
