The Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s Office provides discovery on adult and juvenile criminal cases to defense attorneys through the Dallas County Defense Portal.
*EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2020, electronic discovery will be available for Juvenile Cases.*
Only licensed attorneys may apply for access to the portal, and an attorney must read and accept the terms of use in order to apply. Violations of the terms of use may result in access to the defense portal being cut off.
The Dallas County Defense Portal is web based and can be found here: https://defense.dallascounty.org.
