The County Treasurer desires to Stale Date all eligible Dallas County checks which were outstanding and unclaimed by payees during the calendar years below. The balance of all such checks should be cleared from the Outstanding List of Dallas County records as reflected and attached as part of these Court Orders. Check status is indicated as of the date of online posting.
Note: According to the Property Code Title 6, Dallas County District Clerk stale dated checks will be escheated to the State if not demanded by the true owner after three years. The rightful owners may claim the money through the official State of Texas unclaimed property website.
