AS-ME program educates children and adults who have asthma to better help manage and control asthma as per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) EXHALE guidelines. Education is provided to children and adults in home and schools settings. Click here to enroll.
Ways to manage Asthma:
- Knowing your asthma symptoms
- Adhering to prescribed medication
- Avoiding triggers that can cause an asthma attack
- Removing triggers from your environment
- Having an asthma action plan
