Measuring your blood pressure is an important step toward keeping a healthy blood pressure. Here are additional ways to manage blood pressure:
- Eat food low in salt
- Adhere to prescribed medication
- Check blood sugar
- Eat healthy
- Physical Activity
- Lose weight or keep weight at a healthy level
- Limit alcohol
- Do not smoke
