Physical Activity is one of the best ways to improve health. It is vital for healthy aging and can reduce the burden of chronic diseases. Benefits of physical activity includes the following:

Types of Physical Activity
Physical Activity is anything that gets your body moving. It is recommended that adults get 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity per week. Brisk walking, doing housework, cycling, swimming, playing sports etc. are all great ways to get active.
