The Dallas County MCIP 7th Call for Projects was authorized during the April 16, 2019 Commissioners Court. Cities in Dallas County are encouraged to participate by submitting project proposal applications on or before October 18, 2019. Please visit the links below for additional details.

MCIP Partnering Workshops for Cities within Dallas County
- Dallas County conducted outreach on the MCIP 7th Call through the following three separate MCIP Partnering Workshops:
- June 3rd - Dallas County Health & Human Services, 2377 Stemmons Freeway, Room 627
- June 11th - Dallas County District 1 Road & Bridge, 715 Rowlett Road, Training Room
- June 19th - DeSoto Town Center, 211 E Pleasant Run Road, Pecan Room
- Each workshop covered the following same main topics:
- Dallas County Mobility Plan
- MCIP 7th Call Application Process
- Renewal of MCIP Master Agreement (10-year term)

Note: The original application deadline of September 27, 2019 provided in the presentation has been changed to October 18, 2019.
MCIP 7th Call Application Forms
MCIP 7th Call for Projects applicants (cities) must complete, for each project, the following MCIP Project Application Form, which includes the MCIP Project Eligibility Requirements and a link to the subsequent Technical Details for Proposed Project Form. These two forms can be accessed by clicking the MCIP Project Application Form link below.
The Pre-Screening form is an optional tool to provide applicants with guidance on identifying and submitting potential MCIP candidate projects. This form introduces the criteria categories used to evaluate projects and provides an estimate of the general quality of a candidate project. The results of this worksheet are not a final indication of the outcome of project funding selections.
After completing the MCIP Project Eligibility Form, applicants should proceed to the next page to complete a full project application. If any of the eligibility answers do not meet the current requirements, applicants are requested to contact Dallas County for further guidance. Projects may be submitted under one or more project scoring categories:
- Roadway Capacity & Connectivity
- Bicycle/Pedestrian
- Safety
- Innovation & Alternative Mobility Solutions
