Preserve Features

This 33-acre Preserve complements and possesses the same spectacular views of Spring Creek as its companion Lee F. Jackson Spring Creek Forest Preserve which is located on the other side of Holford Road just north of the creek.

The Spring Creek Park Preserve also features a large meadow that is populated with a colorful array of wildflowers in the spring and early summer.

Preserve Amenities

The Preserve offers paved parking, picnic tables, and a one-mile natural surface trail. Restroom facilities are available at the neary by Forest Preserve.

The Preservation Society for Spring Creek Forest helps support the Preserve and offers a large number of educational programs; a description of and a schedule for their many activities can be found at: www.springcreekforest.org.

Restricted Uses

Hunting and the use of alcohol, horses, motorized vehicles, fireworks, or weapons are not permitted within the Preserve.
