Preserve Features:
Cottonwood Creek Preserve features a pavilion with charcoal grills and a large greenspace perfect for picnicking. The installation of a disc golf course and a restroom at the preserve are in the works.

Preserve History:
The property's previous owners grazed cattle, farmed, and grew pecan trees on the site. The preserve was acquired in 1989 with assistance from Trust for Public Land and is now the largest park in Wilmer.
